Opposition MPs plan to censure Security Minister Muhwezi
The opposition in parliament is planning to censure security minister Jim Muhwezi, whom they accuse of neglecting efforts to stop the alleged acts of torture, forced disappearances and arbitrary arrests. Acting justice and constitutional affairs minister Wilson Muruli Mukasa, told parliament that the lists submitted by the opposition lack enough detail for government to act.
