Museveni advises anti-corruption agencies to engage the public
President Yoweri Museveni says agencies fighting corruption in Uganda should work with the ordinary people whom he refers to as ‘victims of corruption’, to control the vice. The President blames corruption on people who want to get rich without working for it. He spoke at the commemoration of the International Anti- Corruption Day in Kampala.
