MPs upset at delay in Lira road works
MPs from the Lango Parliamentary Caucus have expressed concern over the delays in the renovation of the 70km Lira Kamdini road. The MPs claim the road is a sorry state resulting in to accidents, delays and increased transport costs. However, Prime Minister Robina Nabbanja says the delays are due to negotiations going with the World Bank, funding of the renovation works.
