MP Mapenduzi signs MOU with NRM, formalizes association with the party
The member of parliament Martin Ojara Mapenduzi has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the ruling National Resistance Movement for the two parties to formally work together. This, was after he resigned from his role as the chairperson of the parliamentary Public Accounts Committee and Local Government. The NRM also announced on Tuesday that he had been appointed chairperson of parliament's committee on Public Service and Local Government.
