Lands minister supports new regulatory legislation
Lands Minister Judith Nabakooba has justified the need for the Physical Planner’s Registration Bill aimed at regulating the conduct of Physical Planners. Whereas the architects are against this bill, the minister says the bill is intended to provide for registration of physical planners and provide disciplinary procedures for errant planners.
