Judiciary launches phased e-court system
Chief Justice Alfonse Owiny-Dollo has launched the piloting of the E-Court Case management system in seven courts in Kampala ahead of its nationwide rollout. Judiciary says the Electronic Court Case Management Information System-ECCMIS will ensure timely access to justice. The Chief Justice urged court officers to familiarise themselves with ICT to deliver services in the new world.
