ICT sector seeks Shs231bn, including Shs70bn for Parish Model
The Ministry of ICT and National Guidance has asked parliament to fund its 2022/23 financial year budget to the tune of 231 billion shillings. However, as Herbert Zziwa reports, 70 billion shillings of this is for the Parish Development model management information system.
