Health Ministry encouraged by turn up for vaccination
There has been an increase in demand for the Covid-19 vaccine over the last few days. According to the Minister of Health Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng, pictures of prominent individuals and leaders including President Yoweri Museveni seem to have done a lot to dispel vaccine hesitancy in the population. The Minister who was speaking during media briefing this morning also said they have decided to lower the age of eligibility to 50 years from 70 years for the first round of vaccination
