Headteachers consider challenges of automatic promotion policy
Headteachers of private schools have been deliberating on the teething issue of how to return their teachers to classrooms after close to two years. The headteachers are worried that the workload awaiting the teachers might be too much for some, leading to some leaving for greener pastures outside of the classrooms. Coupled with this is the fact that, some of the headteachers might not even have the resources required to implement both the Covid-19 SOPs as well as the new curriculum.
