First Rwanda official crosses Katuna border
The first person to cross from Rwanda has made the trip to Uganda. Former President of the African Development Bank Donald Kaberuka has crossed from the Rwanda side. He is representing the Rwandan president Paul Kagame at the funeral of Emmanuel Mutebile.
