District leaders urged to support Parish Development Model
The minister for local government Raphael Magyezi has asked LC V chairpersons to see the Parish development model as an opportunity to transform the incomes of their people and that they should take the lead in supervision for it to be a success. The chairpersons told the minister that it seems that Chief Administrative officers and Resident district commissioners have usurped their powers.
