Councilors blast KCCA over violence
Both the Lord Mayor and KCCA Councilors have condemned the violence meted out against street vendors by enforcement officers working under the smart city campaign. The officers beat up vendors in a bid to get them off the streets. Erias Lukwago says that those who beat up people are not known under KCCA.
