Former police director Sam Omala eulogised by friends and relatives
Family and friends of the late former Assistant Commissioner of Police Sam Omala gathered at All-Saints Cathedral in Kampala to pay him tribute in a requiem service amid reconciliation calls. Omala passed on last week on Thursday, aged 65, at Mulago National Referral Hospital after battling cancer.
