SMES sign memorandum with pipeline contractors
In the spirit of promoting local content, Micro Small, and medium enterprises along the East African Crude Oil pipeline project have today signed a memorandum of understanding with large contractors involved with the pipeline. These MSMEs have also undergone business training supported by the African development Bank to the tune of 1.6 billion shillings. Ivan Walunyolo reports.
