NORTHERN UGANDA MANUFACTURING: Little optimism for economy opening
Manufacturers in Northern Uganda continue to suffer under sticking challenges like power availability even as the Covid related effects are making life even harder. They have less optimism that is to be found elsewhere in the opening of the economy come January 2022. This emerged out of the tour by the manufacturers association of their members in the region.
