MICRO FINANCE CASH: Kigezi traders must cough the cash
State minister for Micro Finance has warned, he will not listen to any excuses from traders and business people who accessed government Emyooga cash and are now failing to pay. The minister Haruna Kasolo, has given them a one month ultimatum, which they have rejected, claiming that the closure of the Uganda Rwanda border hit them hard.
