AGRO-ECOLOGY SUMMIT: Youth targeted to promote indigenous crop varieties
In the bid to counter the proliferation of Genetically Modified technologies, the agroecology movement is now targeting young people to propagate what they term indigenous and environmentally friendly technologies. Youth involved or interested in agroecology from East Africa will on Tuesday convene to the championship this cause.
