Nabbanja blames Kikuube leaders for high dropout rates
Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja has blamed parents, teachers, and leaders in Kikuube District for the high school dropout rate, arguing that they should take advantage of government interventions. These interventions include the construction of schools and the payment of teachers' salaries. The tough-talking Nabbanja made the remarks during celebrations marking the fifth anniversary of Kikuube District. The Prime Minister made the call during the commissioning of a new district administration block for Kikuube.
