Local farmers expectant as plant buys their produce
Soroti fruit factory has finally begun to purchase and process mangoes from local farmers, into ready–to–drink Juice after a long wait from growers. The factory officially commenced the buying of locally grown mangoes, injecting over 45 million shillings into the move.
This first purchase of locally grown mangoes is a much-needed economic boost to the Teso community.
