Kabuleta accuses FDC's Mafabi of slogan theft, responds to suspension
The President of the National Economic Empowerment Dialogue, Joseph Kabuleta, says he has written to the Electoral Commission complaining about the “theft” of his ‘Money in Your Pocket’ slogan by FDC’s presidential candidate Nandala Mafabi. Kabuleta also fired back at the party executives who last week suspended him over what they termed misconduct and sectarianism. While addressing journalists in Kampala, Kabuleta, who is also seeking to run for the presidency in the forthcoming 2026 general election, said the committee members who suspended him are self-seekers.
