Archbishop Kaziimba urges schools to prioritize counseling
The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda His Grace Stephen Kazimba Mugalu has urged the Education Ministry to prioritize counselling of all students as schools plan to reopen in January. He has also noted concerns about the increasing number of street children asking the responsible ministry to consider a resettlement plan for them.
