INSURANCE APPEALS TRIBUNAL: New way to address customer complaints
Before Tuesday, if you had a complaint against an insurance company as a customer, you raised it with the Insurance Regulatory Authority. Another layer of conflict resolution has been added in case the parties are not satisfied with the regulator's decision in the insurance Appeals Tribunal.
