ELECTION PETITION WITHDRAWAL: Muyita says all parties have fulfilled requirements
After the petitioner and respondents were confirmed to have certified all requirements of the supreme court to withdraw the election petition, the spokesperson to the Judiciary Solomon Muyita has confirmed that the gazette for the withdrawal of the election petition will be ready by the morning of Monday 1st March 2021. The Chief Justice will be giving guidance on whether the court will reconvene on Monday to hear the application for withdrawal.
