Deputy RCC suspended for attacking parliamentary speaker
The Secretary Office of President Yunus Kakande has confirmed the suspension of the Rubaga Resident City Commissioner Anderson Burora.Kakande says Burora’s suspension stems from his social media attacks on the person of the Speaker of Parliament Anita Among. He says that Burora as a civil servant bound by public standing orders, should have reported any wrongdoings in his knowledge to the institutions mandated to handle such matters. Burora has through his social media handle indicated that he would comment on the matter next week.
