Humanities teachers want government to raise their salaries
Uganda Professional Humanities Teachers’ Union, a body which brings together humanities or Arts teachers has announced an industrial action for all its members across the country starting tomorrow, June 6, 2025. The teachers are faulting government of failing to meet its promises of increasing their salaries in the next financial year, 2025/2026.
