DP delegates meet to elect leaders as Mao seeks fifth term
Delegates of the Democratic Party are convening for a national conference where they will elect new party leaders. Incumbent party president Norbert Mao is seeking a fifth term, while challenger Richard Ssebamala says it's time for fresh leadership and a new direction for the party.
