Former Supreme Court judge and former Attorney General, Justice George Kanyeihamba dies
Retired Ugandan Supreme Court judge and renowned legal scholar Prof George Kanyeihamba has died. He died this morning at Nakasero Hospital, where he has been in the ICU for some time.The death of the retired judge has been confirmed by his personal assistant, only identified as Denis. He served on the Supreme Court and held senior government roles, including attorney general and minister of justice.He had kept a low public profile in recent years amid reports of declining health due to advanced age.
