Uganda Premier League : Ugazi beat Buhimba United Saints

Lugazi FC secured their second win of the season in the Uganda Premier League by defeating Buhimba United Saints 5-2 at their home ground. The goals were scored by David Bagoole, Abdul Kalanzi, Dawson Mafumu, and a brace from Freedom Mungudit, with Sadick Moro and an own goal from Richard Ayiko serving as mere consolations for the guests. This marked the third consecutive defeat for Buhimba United Saints, during which they have conceded a total of 11 goals after starting the season with a three-match winning streak. As a result, the Bunyoro-based side has dropped to sixth place with nine points, while Lugazi has climbed to ninth position with eight points.
