Prisons warn officers over social media misuse

The Uganda Prisons Service has issued a stern warning to its officers against the misuse of social media following the circulation of self-made TikTok videos by one of its staff members, Warder Lawrence Ampe, attached to Ngora Prison. The warning was passed through Uganda Prisons PRO Frank Baine at a press conference at Naguru police headquarters.
