How stromme foundation has improved education for refugees and girls

The RISING project, launched in 2021 by Stromme Foundation, Plan International, and partners with funding from Educate a Child, re-enrolled over 100,000 out-of-school children, built and renovated classrooms, and trained thousands of teachers across nine districts in Uganda. We speak to Joseph Walugembe, Programs Manager at Stromme Foundation, about how the initiative improved education for refugees and girls and transformed local communities.
