On Monday Robert Kyagulanyi announced that he will be withdrawing his presidential election petition citing bias and unfairness from the Chief Justice and other justices of the Supreme Court. This was after court twice rejected Kyagulanyi’s attempt to file additional affidavits in support of his petition challenging the victory of President Museveni in the January 14 elections.
