US pledges continued support for Uganda in fight against disease outbreaks
The US mission in Uganda has pledged to continue supporting Uganda towards the fight against emerging diseases and infections through collaborations including training scientists for the sake of global health security. Representatives from the Centres for Disease Control told the press in Kampala that the commitment is to finally see an end to public health threats like HIV/AIDS.
