Bebe Cool, Bobi Wine to release music on COVID-19

As Uganda and the rest of the world devises means to curb COVID- 19 that is spreading rapidly and claiming many lives, Ugandan artists, Bebe Cool and Bobi wine are also separately recording music meant to sensitise the public on how to reduce the spread of the disease.

Bebe Cool is in studio recording a song titled 'Corona Distance' in which he urges Ugandans to ensure social isolation among other preventive measures. The singer features Ugandan talents artists, Fresh Kid, Vinka and Azawi on the song.

Singer also turned politician, Bobi Wine is working on a project featuring Nubain Li titled 'Coronavirus Alert', an edutainment song where he warns and calls upon the public to fight the spread of COVID -19.

"The bad news is that everyone is a potential victim but the good news is that everyone is a potential solution,” Bobi Wine sings

Fans of both singers seem to be excited about these projects since Bobi Wine and Bebe cool are music rivals and their feud has always generated debate among music fans.

COVID-19 is a new respiratory disease caused by a coronavirus. According to the latest updates, the world has 294,818 active cases and 18,909 deaths.
