Otafiire says all arrests should follow legal procedures
The Minister of Internal Affairs Rtd Maj Gen Kahinda Otafiire has dismissed allegations of rebel groups attacking police stations and barracks across the country. While addressing the media in Gulu City, the minister said investigations have revealed that the attacks are being carried out by criminal gangs intended to rob guns for their criminal activities. However, the minister has also warned security forces against unlawful arrests and detention in relation to criminal activities.
