The National Unity Platform (NUP) party has won 9 out of the all the 10 LC5 elective positions in Nakawa West and East.

NUP took all the six seats for the directly elected councilors (LCV) for Nakawa East and West.

For the women seats, NUP Won Nakawa B,C and D and leaving only Nakawa A to the Forum for Democratic change (FDC) candidate Olive Namazzi Kagobola.

The results have been declared by Electoral Commission returning officer for Nakawa Nancy Kirungi at Kololo tally centre.

Nakawa II

Innocent Tegusulwa 3,714 (NUP)

Faisal Ssebayiga  3,170 (NUP)
