The ministry has confirmed the isolation of four foreign nationals over fears of the deadly coronavirus.
The confirmation was made on Sunday evening by the ministry Spokesperson Emmanuel Ainebyoona in a press statement.
"The Ministry of Health is currently isolating four foreign nationals at Entebbe Hospital. They were picked up from Entebbe International Airport after presenting with flu and cough symptoms by our surveillance teams," reads part of the statement.
Ainebyoona also reveals that blood samples have since been taken from the victims and taken to the virus center for further tests.
This as the deadly virus continues to spread like wild fire with two African countries that they had registered cases of coronavirus.
The two countries above are Egypt and Nigeria.
