Court dismisses Nalukoola’s bid to cross-examine witnesses
The court has dismissed an application by Kawempe North MP Elias Nalukoola seeking permission to cross-examine witnesses of his former political opponent, Faridah Nambi, stating that one cannot appeal a case that has not been fully concluded.
