NRM seeks to pass olive branch in forthcoming IPOD meeting
The leadership of the Inter-Party Organisation for Dialogue -IPOD will meet for their 3rd ordinary summit this Friday, to discuss some sticky issues including the role of security in the recent elections as well as the implementation of the Public order management Act among others. The Chairperson of the IPOD council, Justine Kasule Lumumba, who is also Secretary-General of the National Resistance Movement, says the meeting will also be an opportunity for the politicians to reconcile their differences.
