Makerere students express mixed feelings over online voting
Students of Makerere University went to the polls today to vote for their guild president and guild representatives. Unlike the past years, this year's election is entirely online where students vote on their handsets and computers. Each candidate sends one agent to the tally centre where results are tallied as they come in. Most of the students say they have found challenges with the system including a poor network and an unstable portal.
