Cars in poor mechanical condition contribute to rising accidents - Police
Police has blamed the worrying rate of road carnage on people who violate traffic rules on the roads, as well as poor quality tyres used by motorists, leading to accidents. They are now pledging to work with the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) to check on tyres used on the roads.
