Bobi Wine granted bail, ordered to return on 23rd of May

The Buganda road court grade one magistrate Esta Nahirya has granted bail to Kyandodo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi commonly known as Bobi Wine.
Bobi Wine was arrested on Tuesday after he had been summoned to the CID headquarters to record a statement on allegations of inciting violence.
He was however arrested and charged with disobedience of statutory duty.
He was then remanded to Luzira prison.
Bobi Wine was granted a one million cash bail his sureties bonded 10mshs not cash.
The magistrate also warned Bobi Wine not to participate in unlawful demonstrations adding that his bail would be cancelled if he did.
Prosecution was also ordered to disclose its evidence to Bobi Wine's Lawyers before the next trial date.
The musician turned legislator will return to court on 23rd/May for trial.
