MPs want anti-homosexuality bill re-introduced in Parliament
In August 2014, the Constitutional Court annulled the Anti-homosexuality law that Parliament had passed earlier, citing illegalities in the process of passage.

Members of Parliament have passed a motion to pay tribute to Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga for standing firm against homosexuality.

Busiki MP Paul Akamba asked members to support his plans to reintroduce a private members bill against homosexuality.
