ARUA VIOLENCE: I was tortured, says woman who bled in court
A woman who was among those arrested in Arua municipality when the campaigns for MP ended on 13th August, is admitted at Mengo hospital in Kampala following her ordeal. Night Asara was among the 33 people, including Members of Parliament who were charged with treason in Gulu magistrates court a few days after they were arrested.
